Where exactly are the servers?

In the German data centres of Hetzner Online GmbH. The backups stay there as well.

Does DSTech-IT analyse our charging data?

No. There is no reporting across organisations and no resale.

Does the application call anything on the internet?

No. CPIM talks to your charging stations and to your browser, and to nothing else.

Is a data processing agreement available?

Yes, under Article 28 GDPR, on request and before the contract is signed.

What happens when we terminate?

You export your data as an Excel file while your access runs. After that the access is closed and the data is deleted.

Who answers when we have a question?

One named contact, not a ticket system.
